In this game, the player controls five teenagers as they explore the school and students fighting some kind of infection. The students discovered that the enemy that is sensitive to light, with direct sunlight able to destroy them. Flashlight helps slightly weaken their enemies and evil black aura around them.
The students discover a conspiracy that involves injecting a student next to giant mutated, most experiments by rare plant spores, with the possibility to allow people to live forever. It is found that the nurse, Elisabeth, and the principal, Herbert, more than 100 years, but it seems only to be in their 60, thanks to their tests done at each other.
The students then find Herbert, who was killed by a teacher trying to heal itself from infections caused by Herbert experiment. Herbert twin, Leonard, saw his brother and angry. He murders leave teachers and youth to defeat the greatest mutant seen again.
After beating him, they went back to the gym and inject themselves with drugs. However, Leonard is back and after the fight, Leonard gave to the sun and everything is back to normal.

The game has two player co-op mode that allows players to complete its mission with a friend. Fuzzy also allows players to combine items, for example, to record a flashlight to any firearm. Some critics, including X-Play, have stated that this is the only redeeming quality, and mocked id Doom 3 for not implementing such a concept.
Although each character has a special ability, none of them are required to complete the game.
